Shared Ride Transit Program TITLE VI Information

The City of Chippewa Falls operates its Shared Ride Transit Program without regard to race, color, and national origin in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act.  Any person who believes she or he has been aggrieved by any unlawful discriminatory practice under Title VI may file a complaint with the City of Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin.

A complainant may file a complaint directly with the Federal Transit Administration through the Office of Civil  Rights, Attention: Title VI Program Coordinator, East Building, 5th Floor-TCR, 1200 New Jersey Avenue, SE, Washington, D.C., 20590.

The City of Chippewa Falls’ Shared Ride Transit Program will not discriminate against qualified individuals with disabilities on the basis of disability in its services, programs or activities.  Any person who believes she or he has been aggrieved by any unlawful discriminatory practice under the Americans with Disabilities Act may file a complaint with the City of Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin.
