Build Chippewa Falls Program
The Beautify, Uplift & Improve Local Dwellings – Chippewa Falls (BUILD-CF) Program is an initiative developed by the City of Chippewa Falls aimed at increasing the quality and affordability of the Chippewa Falls housing supply. BUILD-CF seeks to collaborate with citizens to invest in both them and their homes. The BUILD-CF Initiative will create five new programs: Curb Appeal, Downtown Housing Conversions, Major Renovation, First Time Homebuyer, and Property Acquisition.
